As you make your online booking, you'll notice the credit is automatically added and will be on your bill when you arrive at the hotel and deducted from any extra spend that you make during your stay. Unfortunately, if you don't manage to spend your credit during your stay, then you will lose it as it can't be used against the value of your stay.
