Faraya is a village in the Keserwan District of Mount Lebanon Governorate. It is located 42 km from Beirut and 20 km away from Burj ON Bay, with an average elevation of 1,850 m above sea level. Faraya is the preferred destination for its ski slopes and touristic attractions. One of which is the Chabrouh Dam - being the highest reservoirs in the Middle-East region. Most recently it inaugurated Lebanon's largest statue of Saint Charbel. It's cold climate, snowy slopes, vast alps, delicious food and rich history make it one of Lebanon's top to-go-to destinations.
